Important
Our carriage costs are calculated per order, as a function of the delivery address
and the chosen method of dispatch.
The delivery time given is the postal delivery time. Time for processing the
order must be added to this. The average order processing time is 1-8 days,
according to availability of items from the suppliers.

Iceland, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Norway, Poland,
Rumania, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Yugoslavia.
3 Countries subject to French VAT: Austria, Belgium, Denmark,
Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg,
Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom,
Wales.
4 Express dispatch only is accepted for the following countries:
Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Venezuela, Vietnam.
Warning: depending on political, economic
and/or security situation at any given time, delivery to any of the countries
listed above may not be available. This will not be apparent when the country
is selected at the time you input your details.
To enable us to make express deliveries, it is imperative
that we have your telephone number plus any additional information which may facilitate
delivery (entry code, door number, floor number, etc.).
If this information is not provided, your parcel will be dispatched by Standard
delivery and delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Please note : The delivery time includes time needed to prepare the
parcel + the dispatch time. The average delivery time is 8 days for France. This
does not however represent an absolute deadline and Le Petit Prince Multimédia
shall not be held liable for delivery delays or for stock shortages at the publisher
or supplier.
