Purpose: to send you the Le Petit Prince newsletter, featuring news, new releases and events related to the work.

Retention period: until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe), and for no longer than 3 years from your last interaction with us (opening, click, or any other engagement).

3.2 Contact form

Data collected: the type of enquiry (message to our team or licensing request), your first name, last name, email address and the content of your message.

Purpose: to process and respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: your consent, given by voluntarily submitting your enquiry.

Processing: messages sent through this form are not stored in the Website's database. They are sent directly by email to our team's mailbox.

Retention period: 3 years from our last exchange, unless a legal obligation or the follow-up of a licensing request requires otherwise.

The form is protected against automated submissions by a simple arithmetic question, which collects no additional personal data.

4. Data recipients

Your data is processed by SOGEX SARL and by the following providers, acting as processors:

  • Sinch Mailjet — newsletter delivery and management. Data hosted in the European Union (France).
  • OVH SAS — Website hosting and domain name management. Data hosted in the European Union (France).

These providers only access your data to the extent strictly necessary to carry out their task, and are contractually bound by confidentiality and security obligations compliant with the GDPR.

No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
